With this paid option, I can feel better about my order… hopefully they will switch to FedEx from UPS since they are more reliable and care about my packages.

It’s been raining and the box gets wet when they deliver my order so little wet is expected but UPS throws box around so hard they ripped the box and items inside the box got wet too. I was at home so the damage wasn’t too bad but that’s why pay for free returns.

And get store credit, instead of refund or exchange, you will receive $5 or 5% back or something. I don’t remember exactly but one time I got store credit and got few more $ for next purchase
